Thankful and Grateful for all of you!

As we step into the beautiful season of Fall and approach the Thanksgiving holiday, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to you, my valued clients, and friends for entrusting me with your real estate needs and advice.

Your trust and support have been the cornerstone of my success, and I am incredibly thankful for the relationships built with each and every one of you. Fall Leaves changing on my latest listing under contract!

I think it is quiet full circle that my grandfather and I used to fly all over this very area in his ultralight on Sunday afternoons and that this drone jarred back those wonderful memories of my childhood. I would take my little disposable camera and click away pictures from above and they didn't turn out at ALL like these. Now a licensed photographer will sit on the trunk of his car and fly all over the place getting cool shots like these! Shout out Tim McMillan!

There is something I need to tell you.....Your Dogs stink....My dogs stink. ALL Dogs STINK! LOL! My kids had a book when they were little and it was called "All dogs...." and went through what all dogs have. I was recently with my photographer at a listing and he said "I smell their puppies" and I was like yep....and it made me think back to another buyer request that I got asking the seller to have the house deep cleaned before they took ownership because they could smell the animals. I was told by my photographer at this appointment that he recommended a product that helped his dogs not smell after 1 bath. So I will drop a picture and let you all weigh back in and tell me if you try it out! I am going to try it next time our outside dogs need a bath! No affiliation or commission earned with this advice...just hoping to help you SELL and not SMELL a house!
