Time flies when you are having fun!

It's Spring and we have some things to Celebrate! That nasty pollen that is falling is worth the warmer temperatures to this South Carolinian! I am ready to visit my favorite - Tri-City Greenhouse up in N.C. for my flowery hanging baskets and porch planters! It's a hidden gem so don't go ruining it and telling all your facebook friends....you heard it here, but keep it to yourself!

Selina's First Closing! Selina sold a 1 acre lot parcel in about 24 hours with a cash deal and is working on several upcoming listings! I was thrilled to go to her first closing and rep our matching name tags!

Michaila's Fixer Upper! I had a ball with my buyer client getting in on this home that Michkaila and Jamarcus Rice worked on fixing up and selling. Being in the know of what was coming on the market before the sign went in the yard was a huge perk in getting this one Under Contract and an off market find for my buyer. We had great fast work done by our lending partner, Jillian Wofford with Fairway to make a 2 week closing come together. -"Mark Spain can't do that!" Not my words, my buyers unbelieving brother. Wink Wink. #teamwork

Class of 2024 I'm a little preoccupied trying to keep all the events in my head and on the calendar to not miss a single moment of this next few weeks. I have a graduate! Did I do enough to send her off into this big bad world on her own? Awards day, Elementary walk, last Track meets, Recognition service, Graduation party, The Graduation Ceremony, Celebration trip....Then off to College, dorm room, roommate, Fafsa (yuck!) Ya girl even wants to get her real estate license this summer. It is A LOT! Mama needs to sell ALL THE HOUSES!

Did you see the Eclipse? I made these kids soak it in since they missed a whole day of school for it. They can tell their kids about it one day since the next one is not coming around until 2054! I even took them to our neighbor Brian's house who is an expert on gardening and we learned about edible mushrooms in the woods and how to find them! Hey! You never know when we might be forced to forage for food. Just glad the portal at CERN didn't do anything wacky! If you want to go down a rabbit hole google CERN. We know who is in control of the Sun, Moon, and Stars.

As far as the NATIONAL HEADLINES on Real Estate making major legal changes....the Dept. of Justice has reopened the case and things are not so cut and dry like the courts ruled a few weeks ago. I have a feeling not much is going to change and we will be in limbo hearing about it for awhile. I made a video a few weeks ago when the news broke that I will share but just know we will take care of you and learn what we need to do to help buyers and sellers navigate the process smoothly.
