January is Almost Gone

I can't let you not get your newsletter!

Wow a lot has happened in the past couple weeks and I want to be sure to give you value for showing up here and reading this little highlight behind the scenes reel. Don't know about you all but I am over winter. I know we have the most wacky weather in S.C. but I am ready for the leaves to pop out and everything to turn green!

In a nutshell....

NEW AGENT!

I am so excited to have Michkaila on board with us! She is a worker bee and I can't wait to see what all we get into! She and her husband Jamarcus have 2 children and reside in Boiling Springs, SC. They own investment properties and have experience with renovation projects! She is a great asset!

CLOSED!

Was able to kick off the year with the closing of 1000 Martin Camp Rd! This was a beautiful almost 20 acre unrestricted property with a pond. I think the sellers picked the perfect buyer- especially since it was a full price offer! $719,900!

Best neighbor award

What I have researched is that people are nosey and want a little glimpse into your life without you seeing theirs so if I have to do videos with house tours and show you I am out here hustling then so be it.

I want to be THE Community Market Expert in my area. I want to be the one that knows what is happening inside and out of my little place in this world. I attended a real estate mastermind class this month as well as 2 networking events that are sure to be an asset to my future clients! Now it is just implementing and getting it all off the ground. Summer is over...

August is here.... Sweet Summertime..... June! I can't believe it, I have graduated a whole child from high school in the last month! And secured my 10th closing of the year! Mama needs a VACAY! Are you a beach or mountain person? We are definitely beach and water lovers in our family. The mountains kinda make me nauseous thinking about the twists and turns....however I love riding down Highway 11 and seeing them from afar! We are so proud of our girl and excited about her future! The Lord has truly blessed us....

It's April! Time flies when you are having fun! It's Spring and we have some things to Celebrate! That nasty pollen that is falling is worth the warmer temperatures to this South Carolinian!
