June! I can't believe it, I have graduated a whole child from high school in the last month! And secured my 10th closing of the year! Mama needs a VACAY! Are you a beach or mountain person? We are definitely beach and water lovers in our family. The mountains kinda make me nauseous thinking about the twists and turns....however I love riding down Highway 11 and seeing them from afar! We are so proud of our girl and excited about her future! The Lord has truly blessed us.

Summer Coloring Competition

Let's have some fun! Any Kindergarten through 12th grade can enter the Coloring Competition to be able to win a $25 gift card, and I hope that enough participate and we can have an end of the Summer Ice Cream party! I designed 5 coloring pages, of houses of course, that anyone can print and doodle. I like to color while Seth is watching TV, it keeps me from scrolling on my phone. I don't have much of an attention span for TV, I have found that if it is in another language and I have to read the subtitles I can watch and enjoy it more. The most important STAT on this list from the 1st quarter in our area to me is 42 Days on Market from list to close being the average. That is a sign of a sellers market still being the driving force.

Highlight of the month: Helping this teacher find a house! April was a great buyer client that knew what she wanted and was a master researcher on all things to do with buying a house. She knew she wanted new construction and when we were able to secure the SC Palmetto Hero grant ($12,000!), we had to get to work quickly to lock her funds in. The Mungo Homes customer service at Maggie Acres was amazing and the builder was also offering $10,500 to work with their lender and attorney. So 0% down and everyone gets their own bedroom! WOOP! This house is going to be making new fun memories with a fresh start in a new town for this family!
