I am currently building my "new" office and a space combined with that for multi-purpose use....more to come on that but here is a link to a video showing my right hand man Larry and I working this Summer.

I love a project and when the tenant that was renting the building in the video above decided to leave, I jumped on the opportunity to start something new! *Wink* Look up Peerspace if you don't know what that is already.

Let's face it, real estate has changed drastically since I began in 2005 (remember fax machines)! Now we electronically sign everything and at rapid speed! No more driving to get client initials and then to the office to fax over the changes on a contract. Yeah, I'm that old.
